Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of physiology and medicine, in particular to functional diagnostics, and can be used in assessing the general condition of a person under normal and pathological conditions.
[1].The reaction of the heart to the Ashner-Dagnini test is manifested in a decrease in heart rate (HR), depending on the inhibitory effect of the parasympathetic nervous system [1].
The proposed method increases the possibility of studying the functional reserves of the human heart.
Известен способ исследования реакции сердца человека на тест Ашнера-Даньини путем электрокардиографии (ЭКГ) [2].A known method of studying the reaction of the human heart to the Ashner-Dagnini test by electrocardiography (ECG) [2].
In accordance with the known method, heart rate is measured in the position of the test subject without physical activity, lying down. The disadvantage of this method is that it does not take into account the reduced level of heart rate under these conditions [3], which is why a further decrease in heart rate in response to the Ashner-Dagnini test becomes insufficiently significant for studying the reaction of the heart.
The proposed method for studying the reaction of the human heart to the Ashner-Danyini test is characterized in that the heart rate is preliminarily measured during a dosed physical load, then after its completion, the heart rate is measured during the Ashner-Danyini test, and the heart reaction is examined by the formula.
The proposed method is as follows. The ECG is turned on, the record is kept in the second standard lead during the entire study when the subject is standing. The test subject is asked to perform a dosed physical activity in the form of 20 deep squats in 30 seconds, then immediately after its completion, the Ashner-Dagnini test is used with a record for 10 seconds. The study of the heart reaction is carried out according to the formula:
PC - реакция сердца человека на тест Ашнера-Даньини, %;PC - human heart reaction to the Ashner-Dagnini test,%;
ЧСС1 - частота сердечных сокращений во время физической нагрузки, уд.*мин-1;Heart rate 1 - heart rate during exercise, beats. * Min -1 ;
ЧСС2 - частота сердечных сокращений во время теста Ашнера-Даньини, уд.*мин-1;Heart rate 2 - heart rate during the Ashner-Dagnini test, beats. * Min -1 ;
100 - coefficient for data conversion,%.
The results for a group of eight subjects are shown in the table.
The table shows the individual differences in the response of the human heart to the Ashner-Dagnini test, indicating a decrease in heart rate by an average of 17.6% (from 9.0 to 25.5%). The degree of changes in heart rate under the influence of the Ashner-Dagnini test, performed after dosed physical activity, is considered as a criterion (sign), based on which the heart response is determined.
