Abstract
1. 1. Система (100), предназначенная для восстановления информации из системы резервирования, содержащая
процессор (1104), который выполняет машиноисполняемые компоненты, хранимые на машиночитаемом носителе (1106, 1114, 1118, 1122), причем компоненты содержат
разностный компонент (110, 420), который идентифицирует текущую версию информации, которую следует восстановить, желаемую версию информации, которую следует восстановить, и соответственные множества блоков, соответствующих им, и идентифицирует один или более блоков, которые являются различными между текущей версией и желаемой версией,
компонент (120, 620) местоположения блока, который определяет местоположения (610, 640, 650, 660) сети, из которых должны быть извлечены соответственные блоки, найденные как различные между текущей версией и желаемой версией, и
компонент (130, 630) восстановления, который извлекает соответственные блоки, найденные как различные между текущей версией и желаемой версией, из определенных местоположений сети и восстанавливает желаемую версию с использованием извлеченных блоков.
2. Система по п.1, в которой разностный компонент (110, 420) идентифицирует один или более блоков, которые являются различными между текущей версией информации, которую следует восстановить, и желаемой версией информации, которую следует восстановить, по меньшей мере, частично с помощью сравнения соответственных сигнатур, связанных с блоками, соответствующими текущей версии, и сигнатур, связанных с блоками, соответствующими желаемой версии.

Система по п.1, в которой компонент (120, 620) местоположения блока содержит компонент (622) поиска индекса, который ищет местоположения сети, из которых должны быть извлечены соответственные блоки с использованием индекса (654), хранимого в предварительно определенном местоположении (610, 640, 650, 660) сети.
4. Система по п.1, в которой местоположения (610, 640, 650, 660) сети, определенные с помощью компонента (120, 620) местоположения блока, содержат один или более одноранговых узлов (610, 640), одноранговых узлов (650) более высокого уровня или местоположений (660) запоминающих устройств глобальной сети.
5. Система по п.4, в которой компонент (120, 620) местоположения блока определяет местоположения (610, 640, 650, 660) сети, в которых должны быть извлечены соответственные блоки, по меньшей мере, частично с помощью применения более высокого уровня предпочтения к местоположениям сети, соответствующим одноранговым узлам (610, 640, 650), чем к местоположениям сети, соответствующим местоположениям (660) запоминающих устройств глобальной сети.
6. Система по п.1, в которой компонент (120, 620) местоположения блока содержит компонент (624) анализа сети, который определяет местоположения (610, 640, 650, 660) сети, в которых должны быть извлечены соответственные блоки, на основании, по меньшей мере, одного из: нагрузки сети, времени доступности местоположения сети, близости соответственных местоположений сети к компоненту местоположения блока или потребления ширины полосы частот, связанного с извлечением информации в соответственных местоположениях сети.
7. Система по п.1, в которой местоположения (610, 640, 650, 660) сети, определенные с помощью компонента (120, 620) местоположения блока, хранят один или более файлов или одно или более пошаговых дельта-обновлений в один или более файлов.
8. Система по п.1, в которой компонент (130, 630) восстановления восстанавливает желаемую версию информации, которую следует восстановить, с помощью объединения извлеченных блоков с одним или более блоками, соответствующими текущей версии информации, которую следует восстановить.
9. Система по п.8, в которой компонент (130, 630) восстановления объединяет извлеченные блоки с одним или более блоками, соответствующими текущей версии информации, которую следует восстановить, по меньшей мере, частично с помощью вычитания одного или более различий в извлеченных блоках из соответствующих блоков в текущей версии информации, которую следует восстановить.
10. Способ выполнения разностного восстановления одного или более файлов, содержащий этапы, на которых
идентифицируют локально доступную версию одного или более файлов, хранимых, по меньшей мере, в одной памяти, и желаемую версию, в которую должны быть восстановлены один или более файлов,
идентифицируют соответственные сегменты желаемой версии одного или более файлов, которые отличаются от их локально доступной версии, по меньшей мере, частично с помощью проведения различия между локально доступной версией и желаемой версией,
получают идентифицированные сегменты желаемой версии одного или более файлов из одного или более хранилищ данных и
восстанавливают желаемую версию одного или более файлов на основании, по меньшей мере, частично полученных их сегментов.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором этап, на котором идентифицируют соответственные сегменты, содержит этап, на котором сравнивают соответственные сигнатуры, связанные с соответственными сегментами желаемой версии одного или более файлов, с сигнатурами, связанными с соответствующими сегментами локально доступной версии одного или более файлов.
12. Способ по п.10, в котором этап получения содержит этапы, на которых
выбирают хранилища данных сети, из которых должны быть извлечены соответственные идентифицированные сегменты желаемой версии одного или более файлов с использованием перечня сегментов, хранимого в связанной сети, и соответствующих хранилищ данных сети, в которых находятся соответственные сегменты, и
получают идентифицированные сегменты желаемой версии одного или более файлов из выбранных хранилищ данных сети.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором хранилища данных сети содержат, по меньшей мере, одно из: местоположений запоминающих устройств одноранговых узлов, местоположений запоминающих устройств одноранговых узлов более высокого уровня или местоположений запоминающих устройств глобальной сети.
14. Способ по п.12, в котором этап, на котором выбирают хранилища данных сети, содержит этап, на котором выбирают хранилища данных сети, из которых должны быть извлечены соответственные идентифицированные сегменты желаемой версии одного или более файлов, на основании, по меньшей мере, одного из: нагрузки сети, доступности хранилища данных сети или потребления ширины полосы частот, связанного с извлечением информации в соответственных хранилищах сети.
15. Машиночитаемый носитель (1106, 1114, 1118, 1122), имеющий хранимые на нем команды, которые, при выполнении с помощью машины (1102), предписывают машине (1102) действовать в качестве системы, предназначенной для восстановления информации из гибридной системы резервирования, основанной на одноранговой сети/глобальной сети, причем система содержит

средство (120, 420), предназначенное для использования метаданных, указывающих на соответственные местоположения соответственных блоков в одном или более одноранговых узлах (610, 640, 650, 720, 730, 740) и местоположение (660, 710) запоминающего устройства глобальной сети, чтобы разместить, по меньшей мере, один уникальный блок, который не соответствовал различию на основе сигнатуры между текущей версией и желаемой версией одного или более файлов,
