Abstract
1. Соединение сальвианоловой кислоты Л общей формулы (I), его фармацевтически приемлемые соли, сольваты и гидролизуемые эфиры:2. Способ приготовления сальвианоловой кислоты Л по п.1, который содержит следующие этапы:а) извлечение: экстрагирование лекарственного сырья Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae или смеси Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae и другого лекарственного сырья водой, добавление спирта для осаждения и получения супернатанта, после чего супернатант выпаривают для получения экстракта;б) разделение: растворение экстракта, полученного на этапе (а), в воде, нанесение на макропористую абсорбирующую смолу и элюирование смолы водой для получения элюента, окисление элюента, нанесение окисленного элюента опять на макропористую абсорбирующую смолу, промывание смолы кислым водным раствором для удаления загрязнений, элюирование смолы этанолом для получения этанолового элюента, выпаривание этанолового элюента для получения экстракта;в) очистка: подача экстракта, полученного на этапе (б), в колонку с силикагелем, изократическое элюирование с подвижной фазой из хлороформа, метанола и муравьиной кислоты; сбор элюента; контроль за ходом процесса элюирования при помощи тонкослойной хроматографии (ТСХ), комбинирование характеристически аналогичных элюентов для получения сальвианоловой кислоты Л.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что на этапе а) указанное лекарственное сырье Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae или смесь Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae и другого лекарственного сырья нарезаны на кусочки для декоктирования; указанное экстрагирование водой происходит следующим образом: декоктирование лекарственного сырья в воде, объем которой превышает объем лекарственного сырья в 4-8 р1.
