Abstract
1. Огнестойкий нанокомпозит, включающий полибутилентерефталат, отличающийся тем, что он содержит органоглину, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:причем органоглина на основе монтмориллонита месторождения КБР модифицирована меламином и полифосфатом аммония, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:2. Способ получения огнестойкого нанокомпозита, заключающийся в введении органоглины в расплав полибутилентерефталата, причем на первом этапе модифицируют глину, то есть получают из нее органоглину, для чего, готовят суспензию глины в воде, перемешиванием на магнитной мешалке в течение 30 мин при комнатной температуре, в суспензию вводят меламин и полифосфат аммония в указанных соотношениях, и перемешивают в течение 2 ч, полученную органоглину промывают водой многократной декантацией и высушивают при комнатной температуре, далее полибутилентерефталат сушат в сушильном шкафу 4 ч при температуре 120°С, загружают полибутилентерефталат и органоглину в специальный смеситель и перемешивают в течение 4 мин, огнестойкий нанокомпозит получают смешиванием расплава полибутилентерфтала с органоглиной, для этого полученную сухую смесь загружают в экструдер одношнекового типа, с тремя зонами регулирования температурного режима, со следующими параметрами переработки: температура по зонам в экструдере: I - 245°С; II - 235°С; III - 220°С; скорость вращения шнека 40 об/мин.1.
