Abstract
1. Способ регулирования высоты резания барабанов, используемых в качестве добывающих машин в подземной разработке месторождений каменного угля очистных комбайнов с барабанным исполнительным органом, в котором врезание барабанов в боковую породу регистрируют посредством измеряемых величин, и высоту резания барабанов устанавливают выведенными из измеренных величин управляющими сигналами,отличающийся тем, чтово время добычных работ в качестве измеряемых величин регистрируют потребление (I) тока приводящих в движение барабаны двигателей резания, а также скорость (V) движения очистного комбайна с барабанным исполнительным органом, и из них в вычислительном устройстве определяют соответствующую удельную энергию (E) резания как отношение потребления (I) тока к скорости (V) движения, при этом для различных условий выемки в зависимости от твердости подлежащего добыче угля и залегающей поблизости боковой породы устанавливают соответственно характеристическую величину для удельной энергии (E) резания, при превышении которой предполагается врезание барабанов в боковую породу, и формируют соответствующие управляющие сигналы для коррекции высоты резания барабана.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что для предотвращения неточностей измерения расчет удельной энергии (E) резания в вычислительном устройстве производят лишь выше установленной в качестве нижнего предела скорости (V) движения.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что установленная в качестве нижнего предела скорость движения составляет 3 дм/мин.1. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the travel speed set as the lower limit is 3 dm / min.
