Способ получения блокированных изоцианатов, включающий операцию взаимодействия ароматических ди- и триизоцианатов с соединениями, содержащими активный атом водорода, отличающийся тем, что в качестве изоцианатного компонента применяют технический продукт - полиизоцианат, представляющий собой жидкую смесь изомеров 4,4`-2,2` и 4,2`-дифенилметандиизоцианата и их гомологов три- и тетраизоцианатов, ароматические кольца которых связаны метиленовыми мостиками, а в качестве блокирующего агента - смесь, состоящую их ε-капролактама (А), метилпиразола (Б) и бензилового спирта(В) в соотношении А:Б:В от 90:9:1 до 5:80:10, при этом блокирование осуществляют перемешиванием расплава реакционной массы при температуре от 60 до 140°С в течение от 40 до 180 мин при соотношении изоцианатного и блокирующего компонентов от 76:24 до 60:40.A method for producing blocked isocyanates, including the operation of reacting aromatic di- and triisocyanates with compounds containing an active hydrogen atom, characterized in that the technical product polyisocyanate, which is a liquid mixture of 4.4`-2.2` isomers, is used as an isocyanate component 4,2`-diphenylmethanediisocyanate and their homologs, tri- and tetraisocyanates, the aromatic rings of which are linked by methylene bridges, and as a blocking agent, a mixture consisting of ε-caprolactam (A), methylpyrazole (B) and benzyl alcohol (C) in a ratio of A: B: C from 90: 9: 1 to 5:80:10, while blocking is carried out by mixing the melt of the reaction mass at a temperature of from 60 to 140 ° C for from 40 to 180 min at a ratio of isocyanate and blocking components from 76:24 to 60:40.

Способ получения блокированных изоцианатов, включающий операцию взаимодействия ароматических ди- и триизоцианатов с соединениями, содержащими активный атом водорода, отличающийся тем, что в качестве изоцианатного компонента применяют технический продукт - полиизоцианат, представляющий собой жидкую смесь изомеров 4,4`-2,2` и 4,2`-дифенилметандиизоцианата и их гомологов три- и тетраизоцианатов, ароматические кольца которых связаны метиленовыми мостиками, а в качестве блокирующего агента - смесь, состоящую их ε-капролактама (А), метилпиразола (Б) и бензилового спирта(В) в соотношении А:Б:В от 90:9:1 до 5:80:10, при этом блокирование осуществляют перемешиванием расплава реакционной массы при температуре от 60 до 140°С в течение от 40 до 180 мин при соотношении изоцианатного и блокирующего компонентов от 76:24 до 60:40.
