Abstract
1. Способ стимулирования посттравматической регенерации периферического нерва млекопитающего, отличающийся тем, что в депонирующую среду на основе натриевой соли карбоксиметилцеллюлозы, которая заполняет силиконовую трубку, вводят L-аргинин, а созданный кондуит имплантируют в протяженный разрыв периферического нерва. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что концентрация натриевой соли карбоксиметилцеллюлозы, образующей гидрогелевую депонирующую среду в составе кондуита нерва, составляет 8%. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что конечная концентрация L-аргинина в составе депонирующей среды на основе натриевой соли карбоксиметилцеллюлозы составляет 0,6%. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что введение L-аргинина в депонирующую среду, находящуюся в просвете кондуита, проводят в стерильных условиях операционной непосредственно перед процедурой имплантации кондуита ex tempore. 1.
