Abstract
Способ восстановления запирательного аппарата прямой кишки, включающий введение трансплантата в параанальную область, отличающийся тем, что в качестве трансплантата используют клеточную массу аутологичного костно-мозгового пунктата, которую неоднократно вводят в виде инъекций в мягкие ткани параанальной области, вокруг прямой кишки, затем после каждого введения воздействуют на эту область двуполярным симметричным флюктуирующим током, причем один электрод располагают на поясничном отделе позвоночника, а второй - в области ануса, силу тока постепенно повышают до 5-10 мА до появления видимого сокращения мышц, при этом курс лечения составляет 10 ежедневных процедур.
