Abstract

Способ хирургического лечения выпадения прямой кишки состоит в том, что производится мобилизация прямой кишки по передней и задней полуокружности до тазового дна, с сохранением боковых прямокишечных связок, после чего к мысу крестца двумя отдельными узловыми швами не рассасывающейся нитью на атравматической игле, за среднюю часть фиксируется лоскут аллотрансплантата размерами 4×12 см, прямая кишка подтягивается вверх и свободные «крылья» аллотрансплантата узловыми швами фиксируются к боковым стенкам натянутой прямой кишки, отличающийся тем, что производится последующее наложение полукисетного шва на край тазовой брюшины по правой полуокружности прямой кишки с включением в шов свободного правого крыла, фиксированного к прямой кишке, сетчатого аллотрансплантата, что при затягивании наложенного шва приводит к гофрированию и лифтингу тазовой брюшины, затем аналогичным образом накладывается полукисетный шов по правой полуокружности прямой кишки.A method of surgical treatment of rectal prolapse is that the rectum is mobilized along the anterior and posterior semicircles to the pelvic floor, with preservation of the lateral rectal ligaments, and then to the cape of the sacrum with two separate interrupted sutures that are not absorbable by the thread on the atraumatic needle, the middle part is fixed allograft flap 4 × 12 cm in size, the rectum is pulled up and the free “wings” of the allograft with interrupted sutures are fixed to the lateral walls of the stretched rectum, distinguishing the fact that a subsequent semi-netting suture is applied to the edge of the pelvic peritoneum along the right semicircle of the rectum with the inclusion of a free right wing fixed to the rectum, a mesh allograft, which, when the suture is tightened, leads to corrugation and lifting of the pelvic peritoneum, then in a similar way a half-mesh seam is applied along the right semicircle of the rectum.
