1. Применение моноклональных антител 4Н7 и В/4Н1 для идентификации Ямагатской и Викторианской эволюционных линий вируса гриппа типа В.2. Штамм гибридом В/4Н1, депонированный в Специализированной коллекции культур клеток позвоночных Российской коллекции клеточных культур 13.01.2009 г. под инвентарным номером РККК (П) 719Д, характеризующийся тем, что продуцирует моноклональные антитела В/4Н1, относящиеся к изотипу IgG2a и предназначенные для идентификации только вирусов гриппа типа В Викторианской эволюционной ветви.3. Штамм гибридом 4Н7, депонированный в Специализированной коллекции культур клеток позвоночных Российской коллекции клеточных культур 13.01.2009 г. под инвентарным номером РККК (П) 720Д, характеризующийся тем, что продуцирует моноклональные антитела В/4Н1, относящиеся к изотипу IgG1 и предназначенные для идентификации только вирусов гриппа типа В Ямагатской эволюционной ветви.1.
