Abstract

1. Способ лечения больных с гигантскими паховыми и гипогастральными грыжами, заключающийся в увеличении объема брюшной полости путем отсечения мышц живота с обеих его сторон, закрытие образовавшихся боковых дефектов при помощи трансплантатов, грыжесечение и вправление содержимого грыжевого мешка с ушиванием грыжевых ворот, отличающийся тем, что лечение проводят двумя этапами, сначала осуществляют увеличение объема брюшной полости, необходимое для исключения повышения внутрибрюшного давления, путем отсечения наружных косых мышц живота с обеих сторон в проекции части спигелевой линии от реберных дуг до условно проведенной линии через остистые отростки, затем отсеченные мышцы смещают латерально, после чего в паховой или гипогастральной областях выполняют грыжесечение и вправляют содержимое грыжевого мешка в брюшную полость с последующим ушиванием грыжевых ворот.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что величина отсечения наружных косых мышц живота по спигелевой линии и латеральное смещение отсеченных мышц живота осуществляют адекватно объему содержимого грыжевого мешка.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что вправление содержимого грыжевого мешка осуществляют до внутрибрюшного давления, не превышающего 25 см водного столба.1.
