1. Приточно-вытяжное вентиляционное устройство для зданий с вентилируемым фасадом, включающее корпус и встроенный в него теплообменник-рекуператор, отличающееся тем, что забор приточного воздуха организован с улицы, а выброс вытяжного воздуха из помещения осуществлен в воздушный зазор между панелью фасада и теплоизоляцией, или стеной здания.2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в потоке воздуха установлен приточный вентилятор, нагнетающий воздух внутрь помещения.3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в устройстве предусмотрен сброс конденсата, образующегося на теплообменнике-рекуператоре, за пределы пространства между стеной здания и панелями фасада.1.
