Abstract
Способ эндобронхиального ультразвукового исследования периферических новообразований легких с биопсией по тубус-проводнику, отличающийся тем, что наружный диаметр тубуса-проводника должен быть меньше диаметра инструментального канала бронхоскопа, а внутренний диаметр должен превышать диаметр ультразвукового минизонда, при этом биопсию выполняют после эндобронхиального ультразвукового исследования минизондом с датчиком через тубус-проводник, который проводят через канал бронхоскопа в начале в причинный сегментарный, потом в субсегментарный бронх, а затем непосредственно в патологический очаг, где проводят его визуальную оценку, именно: оценка контуров, эхогенности, однородности структуры, соотношение с крупными сосудами; далее минизонд извлекают, а в тубус-проводник вводят биопсийные щипцы и выполняют биопсию патологического образования, при этом биопсию можно выполнять неоднократно, до получения достаточного материала; по окончании этого этапа в тубус-проводник вновь вводят минизонд и оценивают состояние окружающих тканей для исключения формирования гематомы в зоне забора материала.
