Способ получения пищевого пастообразного продукта из молок рыб, включающий измельчение и гомогенизирование сырья, добавление к нему растительного масла, сахара, уксусной кислоты, бензойнокислого натрия, гомогенизирование полученной смеси, фасовку, согласно изобретению в качестве сырья используют соленые молоки рыб, а в состав продукта дополнительно вводят горчицу при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: соленые молоки - 60-80, растительное масло 10-20, сахар - 1,5, кислота уксусная - 0,5, горчица - 0,5, бензойнокислый натрий - 0,05, вода - остальное.
