Abstract

1. Шарнирный имплантат, включающий в себя верхнюю и нижнюю часть имплантата, которые соединены друг с другом посредством по меньшей мере одного шарнира, при этом верхняя часть имплантата верхней стороной, а нижняя часть имплантата нижней стороной соответственно прикладываются к шарнирно соединяемым друг с другом костям и опираются на них, при этом верхняя и/или нижняя часть имплантата включают в себя шарнирные области, образующие соответственно шарнирную часть, при этом предусмотрено средство соединения, которое соединяет друг с другом верхнюю и нижнюю часть имплантата с образованием сборного конструктивного узла и обеспечением возможности шарнирного движения, отличающийся тем, что ! верхняя и/или нижняя часть имплантата соответственно включает в себя обращенную к соответствующей кости, фиксируемую на ней опорную часть, которая образует верхнюю и/или соответственно нижнюю сторону имплантата, и прикрепляемую к опорной части шарнирную часть, которая включает в себя шарнирную область части имплантата, и/или ! что средство соединения, проходя по существу параллельно продольной оси имплантата, зафиксировано в открытом со стороны кости гнезде шарнирной области верхней и/или нижней части имплантата, причем гнездо выполнено с возможностью по меньшей мере частичного или по меньшей мере по существу полного закрывания передвигаемым поперек продольной оси имплантата закрывающим элементом. ! 2. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средство соединения проходит через верхнюю и/или нижнюю шарнирную часть и фиксирует их, воспринимая усилие растяжения. ! 3. Claims (18)

1. Шарнирный имплантат, включающий в себя верхнюю и нижнюю часть имплантата, которые соединены друг с другом посредством по меньшей мере одного шарнира, при этом верхняя часть имплантата верхней стороной, а нижняя часть имплантата нижней стороной соответственно прикладываются к шарнирно соединяемым друг с другом костям и опираются на них, при этом верхняя и/или нижняя часть имплантата включают в себя шарнирные области, образующие соответственно шарнирную часть, при этом предусмотрено средство соединения, которое соединяет друг с другом верхнюю и нижнюю часть имплантата с образованием сборного конструктивного узла и обеспечением возможности шарнирного движения, отличающийся тем, что
верхняя и/или нижняя часть имплантата соответственно включает в себя обращенную к соответствующей кости, фиксируемую на ней опорную часть, которая образует верхнюю и/или соответственно нижнюю сторону имплантата, и прикрепляемую к опорной части шарнирную часть, которая включает в себя шарнирную область части имплантата, и/или
что средство соединения, проходя по существу параллельно продольной оси имплантата, зафиксировано в открытом со стороны кости гнезде шарнирной области верхней и/или нижней части имплантата, причем гнездо выполнено с возможностью по меньшей мере частичного или по меньшей мере по существу полного закрывания передвигаемым поперек продольной оси имплантата закрывающим элементом.
2. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средство соединения проходит через верхнюю и/или нижнюю шарнирную часть и фиксирует их, воспринимая усилие растяжения.
3. Имплантат по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что шарнирная часть прикреплена с геометрическим замыканием к опорной части верхней и/или нижней части имплантата.
4. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средство соединения выполнено с возможностью перемещения относительно верхней и/или нижней опорной части и/или шарнирной части поперек продольной оси имплантата.
5. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средство соединения включает в себя две части, которые выполнены с возможностью постоянного скрепления или постоянно скреплены друг с другом с образованием соединения по продольной оси имплантата.
6. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть имплантата и соответствующая ей шарнирная часть выполнены с возможностью скрепления друг с другом с помощью средств геометрического замыкания.
7. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что часть имплантата и соответствующая ей шарнирная часть выполнены с возможностью скрепления друг с другом с помощью средств стопорения.
8. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что верхняя и/или нижняя шарнирная часть выполнена в виде пластины и опирается на опорную часть.
9. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что верхняя и/или нижняя опорная часть и соответствующая шарнирная часть выполнены соответственно с возможностью прикрепления друг к другу с возможностью присоединения друг к другу по меньшей мере по существу путем перемещения поперек продольной оси имплантата.
10. Имплантат по п.9, отличающийся тем, что опорная часть и/или шарнирная часть снабжены осевой направляющей, по которой два этих конструктивных элемента могут перемещаться в свое заданное положение относительно друг друга с направлением друг по другу.
11. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что опорная часть или шарнирная часть снабжена средством крепления, фиксируемым соответственно на другом конструктивном элементе, причем область крепления одного из двух конструктивных элементов перекрывает соответственно другую по меньшей мере частично с образованием гнезда в виде кармана.
12. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что опорная часть и соответствующая шарнирная часть выполнены таким образом, что они при креплении шарнирной части в ее заданном положении к опорной части фиксируют средство соединения без возможности выпадения.
13. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что между шарнирной частью верхней и нижней части имплантата предусмотрен промежуточный конструктивный элемент, который соответственно шарнирно взаимодействует с шарнирной частью верхней и нижней части имплантата.
14. Имплантат по п.13, отличающийся тем, что через промежуточный конструктивный элемент проходит средство соединения.
15. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что шарнирное соединение между частями имплантата выполнено с обеспечением возможности обкатывания шарнирных частей друг по другу или по расположенному между ними промежуточному конструктивному элементу, или их откидывания вбок относительно друг друга или относительно промежуточного конструктивного элемента с образованием шарнирного соединения.
16. Имплантат по п.13, отличающийся тем, что шарнирное соединение между частями имплантата выполнено с обеспечением возможности обкатывания шарнирных частей друг по другу или по расположенному между ними промежуточному конструктивному элементу, или их откидывания вбок относительно друг друга или относительно промежуточного конструктивного элемента с образованием шарнирного соединения.
17. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что шарнирные части верхней и/или нижней части имплантата выполнены с возможностью соединения с помощью средства соединения в используемый в сборе конструктивный узел, который соответственно при расположенном на нем средстве соединения крепится к верхней и/или нижней части имплантата.
18. Имплантат по п.1, отличающийся тем, что средство соединения или его часть выполнено/а с возможностью присоединения к шарнирной части со стороны опорной части, и/или средство соединения выполнено с возможностью присоединения или сборки со стороны подлежащей соединению кости без возможности выпадения с вмещающей его шарнирной частью.
