1. Гидроэнергоагрегат Анистрада, содержащий основание со стойками, на которых вращается вал колеса с водилами радиусом вращения R2, на концах которых установлены оси с лопастями длиной l и шириной b, отличающийся тем, что на краях лопастей закреплены растяжки, имеющие на концах ролики, перекатывающиеся по П-образным направляющим дорожкам боковин, находящимися внутри рядом с водилами, причем П-образные направляющие дорожки выполнены по окружности с радиусом R1=R2+е, а центр окружности направляющих смещен от оси вала вниз на величину эксцентриситета е, равное 0,25 величины ширины лопасти b, а также в боковинах вырезаны центральные отверстия для прохода осей лопастей величиной длины водил R2+h, направляющие в верхней части имеют Г-образную форму вследствие выреза. ! 2.
