A method of correcting the autonomic balance in patients with acute myocardial infarction, including drug treatment and a course of cardiorespiratory training with biological feedback, including visual presentation of the patient’s own cardiac rhythmogram and a periodic curve with continuous visual control by the patient himself combining their own cardiac rhythmogram and periodic curve, characterized in that consist of active and inactive two-minute samples, with the first and last samples being inactive ; each sample of a cardiorespiratory training session is carried out automatically individually for each patient as of the moment of the test using a device for functional psychophysiological correction of a person’s condition, including a respiratory sensor and a cardiosignal sensor installed on the patient, a cardio-signal amplifier and cardiogram generation unit, a statistical and spectral unit heart rate analysis, a unit for determining the period of a periodic curve in the range of fast and waves, a unit for determining the amplitude of a periodic curve, a unit for determining the constant component of a periodic curve, a unit for standard physiological values of heart rate parameters and storing the results of statistical and spectral analysis of a patient’s cardiorhythmogram, a unit for generating a periodic curve with specified parameters, a monitor, a unit for calculating the cross-correlation coefficient (CC) , QC comparison unit with a table value at a significance level of differences of 0.05, electronic keys, an operating mode switch, phase control duration rise and fall of the periodic curve of the amplifier unit of respiratory function; at the beginning of the procedure, the patient is configured to successfully complete the task of combining his own cardiac rhythmogram with a periodic curve, then after 5 s from the beginning of each active sample, an audio signal with a frequency of 1 kHz, a duration of 300 ms, an intensity of 30 dB above the audibility threshold of a person, signaling the beginning of active sample phases; Before the start of the cardiorespiratory training course, individual psychological testing of the patient is carried out, which determines the level of reactive and personal anxiety and depression caused by the patient’s painful condition, with repeated testing at the end of each session and the course of cardiorespiratory training, according to the results of which individually necessary number of sessions is established, which allows to restore or generate cardiorespiratory synchronization with normal values pilots at heart rate and blood pressure; Before the first inactive test, capnometry is carried out, which consists in determining the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air exhaled by the patient, after each active test, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air exhaled by the patient is also measured and, when it decreases from the initial value, the depth of breathing is corrected, after which, provided the remaining concentration of carbon dioxide in the air exhaled by the patient is less than 95% of the initial value, measured after each subsequent active robes, carry out the correction of the depth of breathing during the next active test under the control of capnometry, and the correction of the depth of breath, carried out after each next active test, is carried out until the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air exhaled by the patient is at least 95% of the initial value; correction course - at least 5 sessions conducted in 1 session daily or every other day until the patient recovers the breathing pattern lost due to the disease and restores the biorhythmological structure of the patient’s heart rhythm.
