Abstract
1. Способ изготовления окрашенной многожильной пряжи из сверхвысокомолекулярного полиолефина, включающий стадии: ! получение практически не скрученной многожильной пряжи из сверхвысокомолекулярного полиолефина; !нанесение композиции красителя, содержащей краситель в носителе - термопластичной смоле, на указанную практически не скрученную многожильную пряжу, причем термопластичная смола имеет более низкую температуру плавления, чем волокна указанной многожильной пряжи, при этом кроющая композиция прилипает к волокнам многожильной пряжи; и ! нагревание многожильной пряжи при вытяжении без плавления волокон многожильной пряжи; ! получение окрашенной многожильной пряжи с усиленной прочностью окраски. ! 2. Способ по п.1, в котором многожильная пряжа состоит из полиэтиленовых волокон с высокой прочностью на разрыв. ! 3. Способ по п.1, в котором термопластичная смола представляет собой полиолефиновую смолу. ! 4. Способ по п.1, в котором многожильная пряжа до стадий нагрева и вытяжения практически не скручена. ! 5. Способ по п.1, в котором многожильная пряжа практически не скручена на протяжении всех стадий способа. ! 6. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия получения включает получение практически не скрученной многожильной пряжи из сверхвысокомолекулярного полиолефина. ! 7. Способ по п.7, в котором пряжу с нанесенным покрытием вытягивают до коэффициента вытяжения примерно 1.1-1.8. !8. Способ по п.7, в котором пряжу с нанесенным покрытием вытягивают до коэффициента вытяжения примерно 2-10. ! 9. Способ по п.1, в котором окрашенную многожильную пряжу далее перерабатывают в изделие, включая стадию нагрева изделия, в результате чего тер 1. A method of manufacturing a dyed stranded yarn from ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin, comprising the steps of:! obtaining virtually uncoiled stranded yarn from ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin; ! applying a dye composition containing a dye in a carrier — a thermoplastic resin — to said substantially non-twisted multifilament yarn, the thermoplastic resin having a lower melting temperature than the fibers of said multifilament yarn, while the coating composition adheres to the fibers of multifilament yarn; and! heating multi-strand yarn during stretching without melting the fibers of multi-strand yarn; ! obtaining dyed stranded yarn with enhanced dyeing strength. ! 2. The method according to claim 1, in which multicore yarn consists of polyethylene fibers with high tensile strength. ! 3. The method according to claim 1, in which the thermoplastic resin is a polyolefin resin. ! 4. The method according to claim 1, in which the stranded yarn to the stages of heating and stretching is practically not twisted. ! 5. The method according to claim 1, in which the stranded yarn is practically not twisted throughout all stages of the method. ! 6. The method according to claim 1, in which the stage of obtaining includes the production of substantially non-twisted stranded yarn from an ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin. ! 7. The method according to claim 7, in which the coated yarn is stretched to a stretching coefficient of about 1.1-1.8. !8. The method according to claim 7, in which the coated yarn is pulled to a pull ratio of about 2-10. ! 9. The method according to claim 1, in which the dyed stranded yarn is further processed into an article, including the step of heating the article, whereby
