Abstract

A method for diagnosing the motivational sphere for learning in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including determining bronchial patency, general and specific quality of life (QOL), characterized in that the method of spirometry estimates the volume of forced expiration for 1 second (OF1) in% of due values using the QOL questionnaires Medikal Outcome Study SF-36, (MOS SF-36) and St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) determines the parameters of the scales: mental health (PP), social activity (SA), exposure in points and solve the discriminant equation:! D = 3,495 · Impact + 1,876 · CA + 3,039 · PZ-1,128 · OFB1,! and with a value of D less than 355.16, they diagnose a positive type of motivational sphere for training patients with COPD, and with a value of D equal to or more than 355.16 a negative type of motivational sphere is diagnosed.
