Abstract
1. Устройство для сопряжения и стыковки стволов подземных сооружений метрополитена, включающее в себя чугунную обделку ствола, собранную из ряда соединенных между собой металлических тюбинговых колец, бетонную обделку, выполненную в виде монолитного бетонного кольца, герметизирующие и крепежные элементы, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено установленным между чугунной и бетонной обделками переходным тюбинговым кольцом, состоящим из нормальных, смежных и ключевого тюбингов, выполненных каждый в виде коробкообразной чугунной отливки прямоугольного очертания в плане и соединенных между собой через отверстия в вертикальных бортах болтовыми соединениями с гидроизоляционными и прижимными шайбами, на внутренней поверхности каждой чугунной отливки выполнены внутренние круговые и вертикальные ребра жесткости с образованием внутренних кессонов, по центру каждого из упомянутых тюбингов с усилением под резьбовую пробку-заглушку выполнено тампонажное отверстие, а в среднем круговом ребре - не менее четырех такелажных отверстий, равноудаленных от вертикальной оси симметрии тюбинга, при этом в нижнем круговом борту каждого тюбинга переходного кольца выполнены болтовые отверстия, равномерно распределенные по его диаметру и служащие для сопряжения указанного кольца с чугунной тюбинговой обделкой, а в верхнем круговом борту каждого тюбинга выполнено одно наклонное болтовое отверстие, служащее для сопряжения и стыковки тюбинга переходного кольца с бетонной обделкой. ! 2.
