Abstract
1. Способ переработки зараженных гнилью балансов, включающий их окорку, рубку на щепу и сортирование по программе в соответствии с заданными размерами щепы по длине и толщине, измельчение части щепы и ее сортирование с получением продуктов, приемлемых для производства волокнистых полуфабрикатов, отличающийся тем, что перед окоркой от балансов отделяют пораженные гнилью торцевые части длиной 0,5-0,8 м, их окорку осуществляют в отдельном потоке, измельчению и сортированию подвергают всю щепу и получают фракцию, содержащую приемлемую щепу в разделенном на продольные фрагменты виде и фракцию, состоящую из древесной мелочи и частиц гнили, при этом срединные части балансов, не содержащие гнили, рубят на щепу в общем потоке перерабатываемых балансов. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что при наличии проникающей в ядровую древесину гнили в срединной части балансов пораженные доли ствола вырезают в виде чураков и перерабатывают на щепу совместно с торцевыми частями. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что переработке подвергаются балансы лиственницы сибирской и даурской и осины. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что щепу измельчают в аппарате, выбранном из группы, включающей молотковый измельчитель, двухшнековый аппарат, дисковый дефибратор. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что фракцию, содержащую древесную мелочь и гниль, направляют в производство ванилина. 1.
