Abstract
1. Каталитическая система, относящаяся к классу функционализированных оксиаллильными группами бис-(фенокси-иминных) комплексов хлорида титана общей структуры, используемые при полимеризации этилена в определенных временных и температурных режимах для получения реакторного порошка сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, способного перерабатываться в сверхвысокомодульные сверхвысокопрочные волокна и ленты методом холодного формования, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет следующее строение ! ! где: (I) R1=изопропилбензил, R2=Н; ! (II) R1=изопропилбензил, R2=Me. ! 2. Каталитическая система по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в бис-(фенокси-иминном) комплексе хлорида титана оксиаллильный заместитель находится в пара-положении фенильной группы у иминного азота. ! 3. Каталитическая система по любому из пп.1 и 2, отличающаяся тем, что в функционализированном оксиаллильной группой бис-(фенокси-иминном) комплексе хлорида титана изопропилбензильный заместитель в фенокси-группе находится в орто-положении. ! 4. Способ получения реакторного порошка сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, способного к переработке холодным формованием методом каталитической полимеризации, отличающийся тем, что в качестве каталитической системы используют каталитическую систему по любому из пп.1-3. ! 5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что процесс полимеризации этилена проводят при постоянной температуре 20-60°С и при постоянном давлении этилена 0,15-0,4 МПа. 1. The catalytic system according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the isopropylbenzyl substituent in the phenoxy group is in the ortho position in the functionalized titanium chloride bis (phenoxy-imine) complex of the titanium chloride. ! 4. A method of producing a reactor powder of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene capable of processing by cold molding by the method of catalytic polymerization, characterized in that the catalyst system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is used as a catalytic system. ! 5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that the ethylene polymerization process is carried out at a constant temperature of 20-60 ° C and at a constant ethylene pressure of 0.15-0.4 MPa.
