Abstract
Способ формирования титан-бор-медных покрытий на медных контактных поверхностях, заключающийся в импульсном смешивании компонентов при стехиометрическом соотношении титана и бора 1:2 для получения композиционного материала, содержащего диборид титана и медь, отличающийся тем, что в качестве исходных материалов используют фольгу титана с размещенной на ней порошковой навеской аморфного бора, путем электрического взрыва которой формируют импульсную многофазную плазменную струю, оплавляют ею медную контактную поверхность при значении поглощаемой плотности мощности 6,5…7,6 ГВт/м2 и насыщают оплавленный слой продуктами электрического взрыва титановой фольги и бором с последующей самозакалкой и формированием композитной структуры.
