Способ разработки многопластовых газовых и газоконденсатных месторождений, включающий перфорирование пластов, предназначенных для эксплуатации, спуск в скважину колонны насосно-компрессорных труб (НТК), разобщение пластов пакером, отбор газа из нижнего пласта по колонне подъемных труб, отбор газа из верхнего пласта по затрубному пространству, установку фонтанной арматуры на устье скважины, отличающийся тем, что пространство между колонной НТК и эксплуатационной колонной заполняют облегченной средой, вызывающей приток продукта через перфорационное отверстие из верхнего пласта в затрубное пространство, далее производят распакеровку пакерующего устройства, перфорацию и отбор газа из нижнего пласта по трубному пространству, а затем продукцию разных объектов, не смешивая, подают для выравнивания давления в эжекторное устройство, установленное на устье скважины, и направляют в единую газосборную сеть.
