Теплоизолирующий и вибропоглощающий листовой материал, включающий армирующий поверхностный слой из фольги, весовой слой, включающий полимер, и удаляемый покрывной слой, отличающийся тем, что весовой слой выполнен из композиции на основе битума или каучука, удаляемый покрывной слой выполнен из бумаги или полимера, а армирующий поверхностный слой снабжен выступами и впадинами, равномерно чередующимися по поверхности материала, при этом впадины выполнены взаимосвязанными между собой, выступы выполнены не взаимосвязанными между собой, а толщина материала (без учета толщины удаляемого покрывного слоя) выбрана из соотношения: Н=2÷20(h1+h2); где Н - толщина материала, h1 - глубина впадин, h2 - высота выступов.
