Abstract
1. Способ абразивно-струйной очистки поверхности от органических загрязнений, включающий подачу под давлением на обрабатываемую поверхность абразива в струе сжатого воздуха, с добавлением в поток воды, ПАВа, отличающийся тем, что в качестве абразива используют композицию следующего состава: ! - мягкий абразив 60-80 мас.%, ! - твердый абразив 10-30 мас.%, ! - карбонат натрия 10 мас.%, ! при этом абразив подают на очищаемую поверхность под давлением 8 атм, в поток подают воду, содержащую 0,1-2 мас.% ПАВа, в количестве 10-150 мас.% от веса расходуемой композиции. ! 2. Способ абразивно-струйной очистки поверхности от органических загрязнений по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве мягкого абразива используют избыточный активный ил биологических очистных сооружений, например нефтехимических и нефтеперерабатывающих предприятий. !3. Способ абразивно-струйной очистки поверхности от органических загрязнений по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве твердого абразива используют песок, оксиды металлов, купершлак, никельшлак, металлические или стеклянные шарики или их смесь. 1. The method of abrasive blasting the surface from organic pollution according to claim 1, characterized in that as a soft abrasive use excess activated sludge biological treatment plants, such as petrochemical and oil refineries. ! 3. The method of abrasive-jet cleaning of the surface from organic contaminants according to claim 1, characterized in that sand, metal oxides, cooper slag, nickel slag, metal or glass balls or a mixture thereof are used as a solid abrasive.
