1. Штамм гриба Ganoderma lucidum (Curt.: Fr.) P.Karst lacca-1-01061 (хранится в KKM ГУ НИИ по изысканию новых антибиотиков им. Г.Ф.Гаузе РАМН), используемый для получения средства, обладающего противоопухолевой активностью. ! 2. Способ получения средства, обладающего противоопухолевой активностью, включающий культивирование штамма базидиомицета в погруженной культуре при аэрации на питательной среде, содержащей источники углерода, азота и минеральные соли, и выделение средства, обладающего противоопухолевой активностью, отличающийся тем, что в качестве штамма базидиомицета для культивирования используют штамм по п.1. ! 3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что выделение средства осуществляют из погруженной культуры, полученной после культивирования штамма, путем ее термообработки: кипячением или автоклавированием при 1,2-1,8 атм в течение 1,5-3 ч. ! 4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что выделение средства осуществляют из погруженной культуры, полученной после культивирования штамма, путем отделения мицелия и его высушивания, причем выделение средства из сухого мицелия осуществляют путем его экстракции водой или этанолом. 1.
