Abstract
Способ получения конструкционно-теплоизоляционного пеностекла, включающий смешение измельченного кремнеземсодержащего компонента с раствором щелочи, термообработку, помол и обжиг при температуре 700-850°C, отличающийся тем, что смешивают кремнеземсодержащий компонент с кальцинированной содой и/или поташом и раствором щелочи, причем общее количество оксидов щелочного металла, вводимого с этими компонентами, составляет от 8 до 30 мас.% от массы сухого кремнеземсодержащего компонента, при этом количество оксида щелочного металла, вводимого в виде щелочи, составляет от 2 до 12 мас.% от массы сухого кремнеземсодержащего компонента, полученную после смешения массу гранулируют и осуществляют ее термообработку при температуре 500-600°C, измельчают полученную смесь и осуществляют ее обжиг.
