Abstract
Способ получения пищевой добавки - лактата железа, включающий взаимодействие водных растворов лактата натрия и сульфата железа, отличающийся тем, что используют раствор лактата натрия концентрации 58,2-61,4 мас.%, а раствор сульфата железа 7-водного - концентрации 40-50 мас.% соответственно, взаимодействие указанных компонентов ведут при перемешивании в течение 1,5-2,5 ч при температуре 35-45°С и в присутствии углекислого газа или водорода с образованием кристаллов лактата железа, причем массовое соотношение между водными растворами лактата натрия и сульфата железа составляет 1:(1,42-1,88), далее полученные кристаллы отделяют от маточного раствора, промывают водой с температурой 20-30°С до отсутствия сульфатов и сушат под вакуумом с разрежением не менее 94 кПа при температуре не выше 70°С.
