Abstract
Способ лечения пациентов с острой цереброваскулярной патологией на фоне посттравматического стрессового расстройства, выполняемый комбинированной психомедикаментозной терапией, отличающийся тем, что назначают препараты - антидепрессанты группы СИОЗС ципралекс в дозе 20 мг/сутки в течение 5 месяцев, или при болевом синдроме - антидепрессанты двойного действия СИОЗСиН велаксин в дозе 75 мг/сутки в течение 6 месяцев до выраженного регресса заболевания, причем после завершения острейшей стадии инсульта на десятый день от развития заболевания выполняют психологическое тестирование пациентов на наличие тревожного расстройства по шкале Спилбергера, депрессии по шкале Цунга, нарушений памяти по тестам Лурия, оценивают выраженность болевого синдрома по визуальной аналоговой шкале и уровень самочувствия, активности, настроения по тестам САН в модификации Леоновой; в зависимости от результатов тестирования в случае выявленных психоэмоциональных нарушений проводят психотерапию, включающую релаксационные методики, арт-терапию, рациональную и когнитивную психотерапию в течение 5 месяцев; в случае сохранения высокого уровня тревоги, депрессии или выраженного болевого синдрома назначают указанную психотерапию через 7 дней после тестирования; начиная со второго месяца восстановления и до окончания 6-месячного курса, применяют методику биоуправления с обратной связью по статокинезиограмме, эрготерапию, проводят контрольное психологическое тестирование через 28 дней, 3 месяца и 6 месяцев от начала заболевания, оценивают выраженность болевого синдрома по визуальной аналоговой шкале через 3 месяца и 6 месяцев от н� A method of treating patients with acute cerebrovascular pathology in the presence of post-traumatic stress disorder, performed by combined psychotherapy, characterized in that they prescribe drugs - antidepressants of the SSRI cipralex group at a dose of 20 mg / day for 5 months, or with a pain syndrome - double-acting antidepressants SSRIOSi at a dose of 75 mg / day for 6 months before a pronounced regression of the disease, and after the completion of the acute stage of a stroke on the tenth day from the development of the disease they perform psychological testing of patients for anxiety disorder on the Spielberger scale, depression on the Tsung scale, memory impairment according to the Luria tests, assess the severity of the pain syndrome on the visual analogue scale and the level of well-being, activity, mood according to the SAN tests in the modification of Leonova; depending on the results of testing, in case of detected psycho-emotional disorders, psychotherapy is carried out, including relaxation techniques, art therapy, rational and cognitive psychotherapy for 5 months; in the case of maintaining a high level of anxiety, depression or severe pain, the indicated psychotherapy is prescribed 7 days after testing; starting from the second month of recovery and until the end of the 6-month course, a biocontrol technique with feedback on the statokinesiogram, ergotherapy is applied, psychological control tests are performed after 28 days, 3 months and 6 months from the onset of the disease, the severity of the pain syndrome is assessed using a visual analogue scale through 3 months and 6 months from
