Abstract

In a hinge (1) for the rotatable holding of a door (2) on a frame, a respective first hinge part (4) is provided for fitting at the upper and at the lower end of the door (2), and an associated, second hinge part (5) which is fastened to the frame is respectively provided. One of the hinge parts (5) has a hinge pin (6) which engages in a hole (7) in the other hinge part (4). The hinge pin (6) and the hinge-pin-receiving hole (7) in the two hinge parts (4, 5) form the axis of rotation (8) of the door (2) with respect to the frame. The hole (7) which receives the hinge pin (6) is formed in a mounting part (12) which is displaceable in the first hinge part (4), and said mounting part (12) is guided in an infinitely adjustable manner on the first hinge part (4) and is fixable thereon in the desired position in a self-locking manner. The mounting part (12) is inserted into a recess (13) in the first hinge part (4) which is designed in the manner of a housing, wherein a basic body (14) of the mounting part (12) is held displaceably, but fixedly in a self-locking manner, in a guide (15). A displaceable holder having the hole (7) for the hinge pin (6) is inserted into an opening formed on the lower side of the basic body (14).
