Abstract
1. Оснастка для изготовления осесимметричных пустотелых оболочек вращения из полимерных композиционных материалов, включающая оправку, состоящую из центральной жесткой части, и размещенную на ней упругую оболочку из терморасширяющегося материала, имеющую внешний диаметр, превышающий внутренний диаметр получаемой оболочки вращения, при этом замкнутый объем оснастки образован между центральной жесткой частью оправки и жесткой разборной пресс-формой, задающей наружную поверхность изделия. ! 2. Способ для изготовления осесимметричных пустотелых оболочек вращения из полимерных композиционных материалов, включающий формирование пакета композиционных материалов по схеме совмещенной спирально-кольцевой намотки с продольным армированием на оправке армирующей лентой, и формование под действием давления, создаваемого терморасширяющимся материалом в замкнутом объеме оснастки, ! отличающийся тем, что намотку армирующей ленты производят с увеличением уровня предварительного натяжения ленты от предыдущего слоя к последующему, уровень натяжения первого слоя выбирают из условия обжатия упругой оболочки до внутреннего диаметра получаемой оболочки вращения, завершающий слой выполнен с максимальным натяжением, из условия получения заданного внешнего наружного диаметра изделия. ! 3. Способ для изготовления осесимметричных пустотелых оболочек вращения из полимерных композиционных материалов по п.2, отличающийся тем, что давление формования создают за счет термического расширения упругой оправки в замкнутом объеме оснастки и за счет обжатия армирующей лентой завершающего слоя изделия. 1.
