Abstract
1. Способ нанесения ингибитора коррозии стали на основе водорастворимого полимера, в качестве которого используют полиоксиэтилен, кальцинированной соды и бентонитовой глины, заключающийся в том, что процесс нанесения ингибитора, приготовленного в емкости, осуществляют струей рабочей жидкости с помощью насоса высокого давления, отличающийся тем, что процесс нанесения ведут непосредственно после приготовления ингибитора в указанной емкости с использованием циркуляционного насоса, при этом входной патрубок насоса высокого давления соединяют с выходным патрубком постоянно включенного циркуляционного насоса, который одновременно обеспечивает предварительное необходимое давление на входном патрубке насоса высокого давления и перемешивание ингибитора, причем струю жидкости формируют насадкой в виде ламинарного неразрушающегося потока со скоростью не менее 100 м/с перпендикулярно обрабатываемой поверхности, после чего ее промывают водой и сушат струей сухого воздуха. ! 2.
