Abstract
Способ оценки и коррекции психоэмоционального состояния пациентов на стоматологическом приеме, отличающийся использованием разработанного алгоритма экспресс-диагностики, оценкой значений кожно-гальванической реакции, определением степени психоэмоционального напряжения, типа физического дискомфорта, по результатам которых проводится коррекция; при значениях алгоритма экспресс-диагностики до 50 баллов, кожно-гальванической реакции от 40 до 60 усл. ед., диагностируется легкая степень психоэмоционального напряжения, коррекции не требуется; при значениях алгоритма от 51 до 120 баллов, кожно-гальванической реакции от 61 до 70 усл. ед., диагностируется средняя степень психоэмоционального напряжения, тип реакции - волнение или эпизодическая тревога, проводится психотерапевтическая коррекция эмоционального напряжения; при значениях алгоритма до 121 до 260 баллов, кожно-гальванической реакции от 71 до 80 усл. ед., диагностируется тяжелая степень психоэмоционального напряжения, тип реакции - мобилизация или боязнь, проводится психотерапевтическая коррекция; при значениях алгоритма экспресс-диагностики выше 261 баллов, кожно-гальванической реакции от 81 до 100 усл. ед., диагностируется очень тяжелая степень психоэмоционального напряжения, тип реакции - выраженная боязнь или страх, проводится психотерапевтическая коррекция с назначением фармакологических препаратов, снижающих уровень тревоги.
