Тепловая электрическая станция, содержащая теплофикационную турбину с нижним и верхним сетевыми подогревателями, подключенными по греющей среде к нижнему и верхнему отопительным отборам пара турбины и включенными по нагреваемой среде в трубопровод сетевой воды, водоподготовительную установку с подключенным к ней трубопроводом исходной воды, в который включен поверхностный подогреватель исходной воды, деаэратор подпиточной воды, связанный трубопроводами с водоподготовительной установкой и сетевым трубопроводом, отличающаяся тем, что подогреватель исходной воды подключен по греющей среде к трубопроводу сетевой воды между точкой подключения трубопровода подпиточной воды и нижним сетевым подогревателем.
