1. Способ идентификации космических аппаратов и их обломков в космическом пространстве с использованием лазерной локации, отличающийся тем, что на наружную поверхность корпуса космического аппарата и солнечные батареи наносят маркирующее покрытие с включением светоотражающих элементов, которое составляют из композиции веществ, спектр отражения которой кодирует техническую и правовую информацию о космическим аппарате, причем идентификацию космического аппарата и его обломков осуществляют при облучении покрытия лазерным светом станции наземного наблюдения и считывают информацию спектрометрическими средствами, используя кодировочную таблицу соответствия спектрометрических характеристик применяемых веществ с технической и правовой информацией о космических аппаратах. ! 2.
