Abstract
1. Способ электрошлаковой выплавки ферросплавов на основе тугоплавких металлов или их окислов, включающий переплав тугоплавкого металла или окисла тугоплавкого металла и стальной стружки порциями в шлаковой ванне в водоохлаждаемом кристаллизаторе путем подвода электрического тока в шлак через нерасходуемый электрод, отличающийся тем, что перед подачей в кристаллизатор порции тугоплавкого металла или окисла наводят металлическую ванну на основе порции стальной стружки, а расплавление каждой порции тугоплавкого металла или окисла производят совместно с термитной смесью, подавая ее в кристаллизатор одновременно с тугоплавким металлом или окислом в соотношении (0,2-0,5):1. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве термитной смеси используют смесь порошков алюминия и аммиачной селитры в соотношении (1,5-2,0):1. ! 3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве термитной смеси используют смесь порошков алюминия и бертолетовой соли в соотношении (3,0-4,5):1. ! 4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве термитной смеси используют смесь порошков алюминия и окисла переплавляемого тугоплавкого металла в соотношении (1,5-2,0):1,2. ! 5. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что тугоплавкие металлы или их окислы подают в кристаллизатор в виде порошков фракцией не более 3 мм. 1.
