Abstract
1. Способ внеочагового-стержневого остеосинтеза при переломах верхней челюсти по типу ЛЕ-ФОР - II средний путем использования диагностики с помощью компьютерной томографии, последующего наложения назубных шин Васильева с зацепными петлями, введения спицы Киршнера в кости лицевого скелета и использования металлической несущей дуги, отличающийся тем, что в неповрежденных телах скуловых костей просверливают отверстия, в которые вводят титановые стержни, затем сквозь небный отросток верхней челюсти проводят спицу Киршнера с упорной площадкой, острый край спицы которой моделируется со стороны полости рта в виде крючка, и осуществляют репозицию лицевого скелета путем тракции за свободный край спицы и последующей фиксации титановых стержней и спицы Киршнера на несущей дуге. ! 2. Комплект для внеочагового-стержневого остеосинтеза при переломах верхней челюсти по типу ЛЕ-ФОР - II средний, включающий спицу Киршнера с шаровидной упорной площадкой, металлическую дугу от аппарата Рудько, назубные шины Васильева, отличающийся тем, что в него дополнительно введены два титановых стержня диаметром 3 мм, длиной 60 мм с длиной секции, содержащей резьбу 15 мм, с тремя зажимами-фиксаторами. 1.
