Abstract
1. Способ для аэробной биологической очистки сточных вод, включающий механическую обработку исходной воды и отделение от нее твердого осадка, отстаивание сточной воды в первичном отстойнике и отделение сырого осадка из первичного отстойника, аэробную биологическую очистку, отстаивание сточной воды и активного ила во вторичном отстойнике, вывод избыточного активного ила из вторичного отстойника и отвод очищенной воды, отличающийся тем, что сточные воды, перед подачей на первичное отстаивание, усредняют по концентрации и по расходу воды и затем осветленные сточные воды подают на биологическую очистку и биоокисление, которые проводят в режиме циркуляции в течение 1-1,5 ч, затем на вторичное отстаивание, доочистку и обеззараживание, а сырой осадок и избыточный активный ил, выделенные после первичного, вторичного отстаивания и доочистки, в соотношении 1:3 в пересчете на концентрацию по сухому веществу, направляют на совместную ферментно-кавитационную обработку для получения комплексного удобрения, при этом иловую смесь предварительно активируют кавитацией низкой интенсивности в течение 2-3 с, во время перекачки ее на обработку, и насыщают кислородом до 8-10 мг/л во время перекачки для образования бактерий, а в рабочем режиме в течение 4-6 ч бактериальную активацию иловой смеси ведут кавитацией низкой интенсивности постоянно, при давлении свыше 1 кг/м2, а концентрацию кислорода поддерживают по синусоидальному принципу в пределах 10-20 мг/л, при этом процесс обработки иловой смеси идет в экзотермическом режиме, с выделением оптимального количества тепла, необходимого для протекания процесса обработки смеси илового ос 1.
