Способ нагрева бокситовой пульпы до реакционной температуры в процессе ее выщелачивания в автоклавной батарее, состоящей из последовательно соединенных автоклавов, включающий предварительный подогрев пульпы с 85÷105°С, отличающийся тем, что нагрев ее осуществляют комбинированным способом: до температуры 150÷170°С «глухим» паром через поверхность трубчатых греющих элементов, от температуры 150÷170°С до температуры 210÷240°C «острым» паром путем подачи теплоносителя в нагреваемую пульпу, от температуры 210÷240°С до температуры более 270°С «глухим» паром через поверхность трубчатых греющих элементов.
