Abstract
1. Способ повышения износостойкости политетрафторэтилена и композиций на его основе путем наполнения их моторным маслом, заключающийся в сухом смешении компонентов в высокоскоростном лопастном смесителе и изготовлении заготовок из полученного материала по технологии холодного формования в пресс-форме, отличающийся тем, что: заготовки из ПТФЭ изготавливают путем холодного прессования под удельным давлением в 4 раза меньше стандартного (12,5 МПа), и отпрессованные таким образом заготовки пропитывают в моторном масле при 150°С в течение 24 ч, затем пропитанные заготовки подвергают свободному спеканию при температуре 370±5°С. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что заготовки изготавливают путем смешения порошка ПТФЭ с 5 мас.% цеолита активированного в течение 2 мин и холодного прессования под давлением в 2 раза меньше стандартного (25 МПа). 1.
