1. Способ переработки тяжелого углеводородного сырья, включающий нагрев исходного сырья на первой ступени, подачу сырья в выносной реактор на второй ступени с разделением на газообразную и жидкую дистиллятные фракции и остаточный продукт, отличающийся тем, что перед подачей на первую ступень производят отбор светлых углеводородных фракций, выкипающих в интервале температур 250-350°С, однократным испарением, остаточные нефтяные фракции подвергают нагреву до 380-10460°С с последующим термолизом в каскаде выносных реакторов с направлением выделенной газообразной фазы на фракционирование с выделением остаточной дистиллятной фракции и последующим ее возвращением в качестве рециркулята в каскад выносных реакторов, предварительно осуществляя нагрев рециркулята до 420-490°С. ! 2. Способ переработки тяжелого углеводородного сырья по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нагрев остаточных нефтяных фракций осуществляют при давлении 0,4-1,4 МПа, а нагрев рециркулята - при давлении 0,6-1,6 МПа. ! 3.
