Abstract
1. Устройство для ударно-волновой терапии, содержащее электромагнитный излучатель ударных волн с фокусирующей системой, ультразвуковую систему наведения, корпус и пульт управления, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения эффективности и качества лечения, в нем фокусирующая система выполнена длиннофокусной с фокусным расстоянием не менее F=(L+H)/(1-d/D), где L - длина звукопровода, D - диаметр фокусирующей системы, Н - глубина залегания области с патологическим процессом, имеющей характерный размер d. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в нем фокусирующая система выполнена в виде акустической линзы. ! 3. Устройство по пп.1 и 2, отличающееся тем, что акустическая линза выполнена из полимерного материала с возможностью перемещения в осевом направлении. ! 4. Устройство по пп.1 и 2, отличающееся тем, что акустическая линза выполнена в виде двух эластичных мембран, пространство между которыми заполнено жидкостью. ! 5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в нем в качестве фокусирующей системы использован электромагнитный генератор ударных волн, в котором излучающая металлическая мембрана и индуктор выполнены в виде сферических сегментов с радиусом кривизны R не менее (L+H)/(1-d/D), где L - длина звукопровода, D - диаметр индуктора, Н - глубина залегания области с патологическим процессом, имеющей характерный размер d. 1.
