Abstract
1. Способ изготовления промежуточной заготовки из (альфа+бета)-титановых сплавов, включающий горячую ковку слитка на ковочном прессе в интервале температур выше температуры полиморфного превращения, охлаждение и последующую ковку при температурах ниже температуры полиморфного превращения, отличающийся тем, что горячую ковку слитка осуществляют в четырехбойковом ковочном устройстве путем одновременного обжатия с четырех сторон со сдвиговыми деформациями в поперечной плоскости заготовки при каждом единичном обжатии при температуре, лежащей в интервале между температурой на 100°С выше температуры полиморфного превращения и температурой на 120°С ниже температуры полиморфного превращения, с суммарной степенью деформации не менее 35% при температуре выше температуры полиморфного превращения, а ковку при температурах ниже температуры полиморфного превращения осуществляют с суммарной степенью деформации не менее 25%. ! 2.
