Экспресс-способ биотестирования природных, сточных вод и водных растворов, включающий приготовление рабочей и контрольной биолюминесцентных проб на основе ферментов и измерение кинетики биолюминесценции, отличающийся тем, что при приготовлении контрольной пробы используют биолюминесцентный биомодуль с добавлением дистиллированной воды или фосфатного буфера, а при приготовлении рабочей пробы - биолюминесцентный биомодуль с добавлением анализируемого образца воды, выдерживают обе пробы в течение 30-300 с, запускают реакцию биолюминесценции в обеих пробах раствором ФМН, регистрируют интенсивность свечения или время достижения максимальной интенсивности свечения биолюминесценции обеих проб и по отношению этих параметров определяют токсичность исследуемого образца воды.
