Abstract
1. Способ термического окисления шахтного метана, включающий подачу в реакционную зону сжатого, нагретого до температуры начала реакции закрученного потока шахтного метана, газофазное окисление метана, при повышенных температуре и концентрации кислорода в исходной газовой смеси, охлаждении реакционной смеси в трубчатом реакторе, окончательное охлаждение реакционной смеси в холодильнике-конденсаторе, в процессе которого охлажденную реакционную смесь разделяют на отходящие газы и жидкие продукты, с получением пара высокого и низкого давления и теплофикационной воды, регулировку температурного режима установки путем подачи в реакционную зону холодного шахтного метана и изменением температуры подогрева исходного газа, подаваемого на вход трубчатого реактора из установки комплексной подготовки газа, отличающийся тем, что процесс ведут при температуре 400-650°С, давлении 0,1-1 МПа и концентрации кислорода в исходном газе 20-25 об.%. ! 2. Установка для термического окисления шахтного метана, содержащая источник шахтного метана, печь для его подогрева, реактор для проведения газофазного окисления метана, состоящий из реакционной зоны и зоны охлаждения, холодильник-конденсатор, отличающаяся тем, что внутренний объем реакционной зоны заполнен пакетом соосных цилиндрических труб, плотно прилегающих друг к другу, а длина реакционной зоны составляет от 10 до 250 калибров. 1.
