Abstract

1. Изоляция тепловая для трубопроводов, имеющих сечение близкое к прямоугольному, представляющая собой смонтированную по периметру изолируемого объекта конструкцию, состоящая из защитной металлической оболочки, изоляционного слоя и средств закрепления, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью обеспечения возможности многократного монтажа-демонтажа изоляции и сокращения времени монтажа-демонтажа, изоляция имеет секционно-модульную структуру, конструкция которой представляет собой набор скрепленных между собой секций, каждая из которых состоит из четырех скрепленных между собой вокруг изолируемого объекта независимых элементов - модулей, изготовленных с учетом конфигурации объекта и условий монтажа, каждый из которых включает в себя защитную металлическую оболочку, теплоизоляционный слой и средства своего крепления. ! 2. Изоляция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью обеспечения надежного закрепления изоляции, на модулях в качестве средств крепления используются монтажные шины для систем вентиляции, монтируемые к защитной оболочке точечным пресс-соединением, а само крепление между отдельными модулями осуществляется путем стяжки шин скобами для стяжки фланцев. 1.
