A method according to claim 1, wherein the order of adding the oil-protective sizing agent, the waterproof sizing agent and the polyvinylamine to the composition consists in adding the waterproof sizing agent, then adding the polyvinylamine either before or after the waterproof sizing agent, followed by adding the oil-protective sizing agent.
