Abstract
Способ получения грамицидина С при глубинном выращивании культуры - продуцента Bacillus brevis штамм 101, включающий культивирование на синтетической питательной среде, содержащей автолизат дрожжей и гидролизат казеина в концентрациях 10 мг % и 20 мг % по аминному азоту соответственно, отличающийся тем, что выращивание производят на среде, в которой концентрации глицерина, пищевой 40-% молочной кислоты, хлористого и двузамещенного фосфорно-кислого аммония, фосфорно-кислого однозамещенного калия, сернокислого 7-водного магния и лимоннокислого натрия составляют 20 мл/л; 2-4 мл/л; 0-3,4 г/л; 0,85-4,5 г/л; 0-1,0 г/л; 0,9 г/л и 1,0 г/л соответственно, и при содержании восстановленного азота в исходной среде 1,3-1,6 г/л с подпиткой концентрированным питательным раствором, в состав которого входят глицерин, молочная кислота, хлористый и двузамещенный фосфорно-кислый аммоний и сернокислый магний при соотношении концентраций глицерина, молочной кислоты, азота, фосфора и магния 1:(0,008-0,032):(0,027-0,036):(0-0,008):(0,002-0,008), подаваемым в реакционный объем при значениях восстановленного азота в культуре ниже 1,4 г/л до достижения концентрации не более 1,75 г/л, при ограничении роста недостатком кислорода в условиях повышения интенсивности перемешивания по показателям скорости массопередачи кислорода с 0,25 до 1,0 ММО2/л·мин, достигаемого повышением скорости перемешивания с 200 до 500 об/мин, при поддержании значений рН в диапазоне 6,5-6,8 введением стерильных растворов едкого калия или натрия и при остановке процесса выращивания через 2-6 ч после начала стационарной фазы.
