Abstract
Способ получения композиционного материала Al2O3-Al, включающий термообработку порошка алюминия с пластинчатой формой частиц на воздухе, приготовление шихты путем его смешивания со связующим компонентом, сушку шихты, прессование заготовки и ее спекание путем инициирования процесса самораспространяющегося высокотемпературного синтеза воздушным теплоносителем, отличающийся тем, что спеченное изделие помещают в пресс-форму, производят нагрев до температуры 600÷775°С и прикладывают давление 9÷12 МПа, выдерживая в течение 1÷30 мин до степени деформации изделия 1,18÷1,25, определяемой как отношение его исходной высоты к конечной высоте, затем изделие охлаждают со скоростью 5-10°С/мин до температуры 590÷650°С под приложенным давлением, снимают давление и ведут охлаждение до комнатной температуры со скоростью 2,5÷4°С/мин.
